Day and Medspa Membership Sales Manager

As their team continues to grow, they are seeking a driven and experienced Operations and Membership Sales Manager to support the Day Spa Manager with managing the front-end sales team and driving Membership Sales.
The Role:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Supportive Leadership: Assist the Day Spa Director in providing direction for the team of 27 staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
- Team Cohesion: Facilitate strong communication and teamwork between the medical spa staff and the spa and salon team to ensure seamless client experiences and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Staff Management: Assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and support the Day Spa Director in maintaining a cohesive and motivated team.
Operations & Efficiency:
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the medical spa, including scheduling, inventory control, staff management, and facility maintenance.
- Integrated Client Experience: Work closely with the Day Spa Director to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience across all services and touchpoints.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Sales & Membership Support:
- Front-End Sales Leadership: Provide support to the front-end sales team, with a primary focus on boosting membership sales.
- Membership Growth: Develop initiatives to promote membership packages, enhancing client acquisition and retention through outstanding service and targeted sales approaches.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within a medical spa, salon, or similar environment, focusing on operations and sales.
- Possess a demonstrated track record of successfully growing and scaling membership or equivalent sales.
- Are passionate about the aesthetic and wellness industry, possessing up-to-date knowledge of the latest treatments and technologies.
- Have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a collaborative leadership model.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work onsite in Westlake, Ohio, Monday-Saturday (Hours Flexible)
Compensation:
- $80,000 to $110,000+ Annually - Base Salary + Commission Structure (completely uncapped commission)
